Webcast Seminars
Chemistry Department seminars are broadcast live over the Web. Webcast viewers may submit questions and comments to the seminar speaker either before or during the live webcast by e-mailing these questions and comments to webcast@utk.edu; please make sure that your name, institutional affiliation, and e-mail address are specified clearly in your message.
Live webcasts are provided with partial support from the National Science Foundation (grant CHE-9974734) through the NSF's Research Site for Educators in Chemistry Program. They are produced and distributed with technical assistance from the University of Tennessee's Office of Information Technology, which also stores archived webcasts of past seminars dating back to September 2004. seminars dating back to September 2004.
Time & Location
All seminars are hosted in Buehler 415 of the Chemistry building on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Seminars begin at 3:40 PM EST on each Thursday indicated. Webcasts begin at approximately 3:30 PM EST.
