Inital checkin of bt5View.
This is a replacement for bt5plot that uses python+gtk and matplotlib.
Intended extra functionality:
- Group data files into whole scattering datasets and plot in same colour
- Examine data files to extract peak parameters
- Show the transmission and scattering percentage for dataset/background pair
