Steve,
I remembered one of the things that we were hoping for during the summer school. One was to have the option to save datasets after modification (e.g. background subtraction or manual modification of data) in the analysis package. Right now there is no way (that I know) to save new files if you modify them.

done in r497 and r498. Added menu item to save data from a data folder in 6-column format. Data w/resolution is the only format currently accepted. SANS and USANS are ok.
