Have some sort of quicker setup procedures for Global fit for the special case of one USANS set + one SANS set

first pass of SimpleGlobalFit? has been added in r475. Works, need debugging and interface tidy.

Appears to work fine.

Needs: documentation

possible addition - constraints (as a matrix, unfortunately)

documentation is done in analysis help v4.10

constraints are shelved at this point, since it's a real mess to do, and un-does the "simple" nature of the interface to keep requesting more information from the user. if at all, constant +/- constraints could be added to each parameter without asking for any more information

video documentation still needs to be done.
