Need an interface for managing the tilt controller on BT-5 until it gets added to ICP.

Have written gui using ExpecTk : r89

Need to implement:

  • Command queue so that we can have composite commands (e.g. "REL A1 -100 G; POS")
  • Nicer looking GUI
  • Integration of this with ICPGUI so that we can do auto alignment of tilt.
