Description
From Lionel:
Can there be "proper" error propagation in the SANS Reduction that includes errors in transmissions, absolute scaling (Kappa), monitor counts, attenuators, systematic errors in sample concentration, contrast, plus anything else...
May be a difficult task to include everything, but the math may be enlightening as to the dominant error terms. Check the literature first (A. Brulet) first.

This has been done (r795)? and now the per-pixel error is propagated for the 2D case, and is output with the QxQy? ASCII data. The 1D data processing is unchanged.
Per-pixel count values are now assigned a proper standard deviation, even at low counts, so that error propagation can be taken through all of the data manipulation steps. Currently, the DIV file is treated as having zero error. For almost all cases, the errors in the experimental data sets will be orders of magnitude larger than the high counts of the DIV data.

done. close it.
Maybe Bayesian analysis :-)
