For filling DIV and MASK items in the protocols, don't interact with the file catalog table - instead put up a (popup) list of possible files (could be filtered, could be simply the files that are not RAW). Then the user can simply select the file from the popup list, which is a more natural interaction. The lists could be made smarter by putting the "best guess" as the first item in the list - either the Plex*.DIV or Default.mask.
