Description
For anisotropic data sets, sector averaging is commonly done. There are typically multiple sectors made, but each must be done individually. A user may want to do say 10deg wide sectors, all the way from (0 to 175) deg - this is 17 sectors. This would be 17 different protocols or 17 averages by hand. Rather tedious.
Implementation would require:
some way of defining the set of sectors to do (angle, width, sides)
the data file to operate on (as a separate action, or as the average step of the protocol)
some naming scheme for the file for automatic naming
