Description

Jan's packages also load in the canSASXML.ipf that was written by Pete Jemain. We renamed the file with a version number. Better to get the latest from Pete (if only supplies one function) and use that. Whichever package loads first, includes it, avoiding clashes.

1.11 is the latest version.

-- copy this over to our package, and get rid of the _v11 from our naming. -- be sure that all attempts to include use the shortened name.

done in r658. I think I caught all places that tried to include the _v11 file.
