Point old Includes to the new Includes

Description

Is it safe to change the old includes_v510 to simply point to the new one?

Or is it better to keep the old "somewhat" functional, and encourage users to start fresh?

Currently, the included file list in 510 is substantially different than 520.

now 500 includes 510, and 510 includes 520. This way I can identify old experiments. More importantly, there were a lot of relocation of functions that caused the list of files in 500 and 510 to fail to compile.

so there was really no other choice.
