In desmearing, add option for manual slope input

Description

Duplicate what is done in the loader for manual input. some data just doesn't fit well.

Be clear which slope is entered. Smeared or unsmeared.

Can't strictly take what slope was used on loading, since some points may have been trimmed.

In a previous revision (r742, ticket #279) the desmearing panel now automatically takes the slope from loading. You can re-fit the data to get a new slope if you've trimmed some of the data points, but often this is not necessary.
