Currently a SANSBeta item

Generating lists of run numbers to reduce - all scattering files at a single SDD speeds the reduction process. Simple enough to generate the list. Currently it's done using the file catalog, so that must be current. empty and blocked can be removed if Ican guess the name. It may be better to have a more interactive way for the users to trim files from the list that they don't want to reduce. this should be integrated with the MRED panel
