Description

I've thought about this some - and it could be possible with an empirical function for the empty cell, and could be useful in the same way the empty scattering is useful for USANS predictions.

I've got this done, in an empirical way so that the empty cell can at least be crudely added to a function using Sum Model. Clunky, but it works. Part of package 7.13g+
