Description
Currently, sector averages perform a circular average, simply masking out what is not in the desired sector. The result is I(Q). There was a request for (+/-) q-values in the output. That is if the sector is in the -Q quadrant, report it as negative q-values. This will work for a sector using both sides, where data is in the (+x,+y) and (-x,-y) quadrants. But then what to do with data that is in (+,-) or (-,+)? Assign negative as "left" side by convention?
