Description
The Total Transmission calculation (using the whole detector) was added to the Trasmission
calculation at Lionel's request. There is no evidence that this is a meaningful metric for
identifying multiple scattering. Or if it is, what is the action threshold? So is this calculation
purely for Lionel's pleasure, or is it something that can be proven useful for identifying multiple
scattering, and then flagging the users so that they can take steps to correct the experiment?
As an alternative, could a 2D fit of the transmission file identify a "bad" transmission more
accurately by a broadened shape or "wings" of scattering above a specified level?
See the associated RT ticket for the resolution of the issue, and what can be done in the software to implement something useful.

set the threshold to 95% based on conversation with Lionel. An alert is written to the command window. Coloring specific cells of the table is not possible, so this may be the best possible. Changed in r460.
