SASCALC for the 10m SANS

need to have some sort of SASCALC functioning for the 10m SANS. Hopefully it's an easy extension of the existing SASCALC, once I have the dimensions, and any "special" conditions that are specific to the 10m SANS instrument - like focusing pinholes, geometry of the sample area (lateral, not in-line), etc.

made a lot of these changes in r868. More to be done, but the basic skeleton is present, just lacking some details and lots of testing for accuracy. and proper behavior when switching instruments.

attenuator tables and flux are now in. need a few "known" samples to have a reasonable test of the simulations to see if they are anywhere close to reality. Maybe the silica standards are a good choice? Which one? Rg should match no matter what - but how about the I(0) extrapolation that we used to do to check the instrument performance?

At some point, they will do some more testing to measure standards regularly, check instrument performance, and continue to characterize the instrument's behavior. Until I get more useful data, SASCALC will stand as-is. Close for now. Re-open when I can update the flux numbers and verify the simulation.
