Description
occasionally duplicate run numbers are produced from ICE during acquisition - causing confusion of "which run 2 do you mean??".
So then what process is used to "find" the data during reduction? Does it always key on the run number alone, or does it sometimes use the full file name?
So a "switch" to turn off the OS name = VAX header, or a script to edit the run number in the file name and the VAX header??

Fixed in r916 by adding a function that duplicates files with a new name, and patches the proper name to the file header
