Subject: Batch loading of data.

It would be very nice if we could batch load data into IGOR. At the
moment using the "Load SANS/USANS Data" menu for each dataset is a bit
tedious.

There's no built-in way of doing this. Igor does not allow interaction with OS dialogs in this way (bummer). There are, I think, user-contributed XOPs floating around that may do this, but that's maybe not a road I'd like to go down. It may be best to stick with the PickPath? -> ListBox? approach. Boring, but familiar.

Added PlotManager?.ipf (1st incarnation) to allow batch loading and plotting of data sets. Panel can be accessed from the

macros menu.

PlotManager? is loaded as part of the Includes_3.01, and is completely stand-alone.

Needs some stress-testing.
