Description
how do I convert the center in pixels to the center in mm? lateral is easy, 8.4mm spacing. Along the tube is more difficult - since the "zero" pixels don't necessarily line up. Do I just use the 0 tube as my reference and move on, or since the center was fit as essentially an "average" of the pixels, do I use an average pixel number as "zero" -- and then what do I use for the "average" non-linear correction factors? average these too?

Beam center is now determined in cm by using the arrays of real-space distances calculated from the non-linear coefficients as the RAW data is loaded.
The real space beam center is converted to pixel values for an approximate display. Calculations do not ever use pixels.
