Description

It would be helpful to show the scaling constant(s) before presenting the save dialog. The plot could also be updated with the shift before the OS dialog. Then the numbers/visual would allow the user to cancel out of the save if there is trouble, or an alert dialog could be presented to the user if the scaling is "too bad" based on some criteria.

NSORT now displays the auto-derived scaling factors in the NSORT panel, and shifts the data for the overlap as the OS file save dialog is presented. The OS dialog can be moved out of the way to see the graph and the NSORT panel. If something is wrong, the user can cancel the file save.

There is no alert presented for "too bad" scaling constants. I would like to avoid anything that requires user intervention, since it hinders automation. (I also have no criteria for what is "too bad" in all cases)
