XOP Function documentation integrated with built-in help browser

Description
The XOPs help file can be integrated with the built-in commands
-by defining a SphereFormX subtopic
-by removing the sphere.ipf subtopic
--then SphereFormX shows up with the full help entry
NOTE that this rearrangement of the help file messes up the "Function Help" button on the Model Picker. Not a big deal if the Model Picker is replaced with some other way of loading/unloading model functions

This really seems pointless to add this extra documentation. Users will access function help from the Model Picker - or just read through the manual. They don't need to know about the XOP version, since it's not any different.
