Description
Temperature is logged in the DAS_log, including temp vs. time.
It is not copied to a Nexus structure - see the email thread from NICE about the command necessary to make sure that the temperature is actually reported in the nexus file. Ask Cedric if he knows about this and how to use this feature.
Will the changing temperature trigger a new group_ID (it may need to be different if the transmission is expected to be a function of temperature)?

Not sure from the data acquisition side what needs to be set up in an experiment to permit temperature to be logged, but it can be set up so that temperature is reported, in temperature_env block, plus a higher level block (Paul K?) that I currently ignore.
I can read it in and plot the data (version 7.92+) and as more users access this I'll find out more of what they need and what is really still missing from the NICE implementation - and I'm sure there is still a number of missing fields.
for now, as complete as it can be.
