#82 closed feature (fixed)

Need to stop/control the automatic generation of graph and table for the models

currently, the "plot" button will generate the usual plot and table for each model, smeared or not. they then need to be closed to get them out of the way - so they can be finally appended to the data set of interest. the other possibility is that there is no experimental data, and the users are just doing a straight simulation. Then you do need to generate a graph. Maybe. and a table. Maybe.

Without a messy change to how all of the model function "Plot" and "PlotSmeared?" macros work, I've implemented something from the wrapper that automatically kills the unwanted windows (immediately after the plot macro is run!). If it's a plotsmeared macro, kill the top table and top graph (then append the model to your data). If it's a plot macro (and unsmeared model, maybe no data) then just kill the top table - since the table will be in the wrapper panel. Sam behavior it's a 2D model. leave the 2D image display up, but kill the (duplicate copy) of the table.

We'll see how this works for now
