Creating a release version

(tag the release version)

• svn export the release tag
  

• then in a local folder: fix up the bits
  

Version strings
-two files: InstalledVersion.txt in the NCNR_User_Procedures

CurrentVersion?.txt on webster

Make sure that they match, and give the correct answer (fix the version in the release tag if necessary)
